📋 Description

• You advise our customers on credit insurance matters following loan completion. • You ensure high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation. • You identify each customer's individual needs and support them with tailored solutions. • You act as an expert for our customers and provide telephone advice on the relevant insurance products. • You take customers' individual preferences into account.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales or telesales). • You are service-oriented and have a strong interest in loans. • You are a strong communicator and convince customers with your open and professional telephone manner. • You are highly reliable and work in a committed, proactive way. • You are eager to develop professionally, highly motivated, and ready to grow with us. • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial/business field.
