• Conduct phone interviews with prospective students • You will engage with students by phone, email, and other communication channels • Present information about SNHU, program offerings, structure, accreditation, and cost in an accurate and ethical manner • Achieve the expected goals including: Daily activity, Schedule Adherence, Ready Time, Call Outline Adherence, Call and Email Flow, Service and Support, Compliance, and Program Knowledge • Assist prospective students through the admission process observing SNHU policies and procedures • Follow schedule to include ready time, follow up time, and chat • Partner with departments outside of Admission including Financial Aid, Enrollment Support Services, and Advising • Uphold all SNHU policies, procedures, with integrity and ethics
• Associates degree/some college coursework must be completed • Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: Yes • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales • Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday • You must reside in a Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific approved Synergy state
