This person will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of high caliber individuals. • Represent the Value Engineering function in internal and external forums, such as industry conferences, webinars, and customer workshops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, consulting, business development or a related role in a technology company. • Proven track record of leading teams - hiring and building a high performance organization. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and build strong working relationships. • 4-5 years experience leading a Value Engineering team at a technology company. • Masters degree in business preferred. • Understanding of concepts of data science, AI/ML, data collaboration and data warehouse/lake. • Knowledge of FinOps and key concepts as it relates to customer cloud adoption.
