• Oversee the sales team of Clinical Account Managers and Clinical Account Specialists in Hematology • Drive performance, demand creation and foster a high-impact culture • Ensure successful execution of launch strategies and subsequent commercial tactics • Deliver and exceed performance objectives by leading with accountability, data-driven insights, and a patient-centered approach • Build & inspire a high-performing team by cultivating a motivating culture • Coach for excellence through direct field observations, strategic coaching, and peer collaboration • Analyze and strategically plan against regional dynamics, identifying market growth opportunities • Develop strong customer relationships, understand evolving needs, and deliver innovative solutions • Uphold and lead the regional market-based ecosystem model and partner across various internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred • At least 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry • Significant experience in account sales or other related commercial leadership roles within hematology, rare disease, or other specialized therapeutic areas • Minimum of 5-10 years in sales, with 3+ years of field leadership experience with a track record of strong performance • Proven ability to drive successful product launches in team-selling environments • Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive account and market strategies based on insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record • Ability to travel up to 70% as required by the role.
