• Develop and drive product strategy in alignment with business objectives • Provide visionary leadership for product roadmap • Oversee a range of products for business success • Make decisions on resource allocation and project prioritization • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs • Define product positioning and differentiation strategies • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for product initiatives • Build cross-functional relationships • Manage product budgets • Maximize financial performance of products • Drive innovation by identifying market opportunities • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends • Serve as the voice of the customer • Build relationships with customers for feedback incorporation • Identify and mitigate product development risks • Make strategic decisions to navigate uncertainties • Oversee full product lifecycle • Make data-driven decisions for optimization • Communicate product strategies and results to stakeholders • Provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Knowledge of igaming and casino platforms • 3+ years in igaming industry • Deeply understanding how clients behave and why, starting with the problem, not the solution • Identifying large opportunities on an industrial scale, working with a team • Setting and quickly testing hypotheses before starting large projects • Understanding the technical solution and constructively criticizing engineering plans • Knowing competitors and their advantages • Having deep expertise in your subject area (acquiring, antifraud, UX, marketing, etc.) • Demonstrating strong strategic thinking skills • Structuring a well-thought-out set of metrics for the problem area, including a metric tree • Tying the long-term plan to the structure of metrics • Launching more than one large/important project, with 4+ years of experience as a PM • Working autonomously and requiring virtually no support within the team • Independently resolving problems with other teams and functions, anticipating their appearance, and managing side effects from team projects • Regularly sharing the results of work and research with the company • Demonstrating product thinking in the team at a high level • Helping other PMs and leading the PM • Assisting at least one team outside of their area of responsibility • Conducting interviews with PMs, analysts, engineers, designers, and marketers, and being an understanding leader • Helping in organizing some processes within the company.
