📋 Description
• Responding to incoming customer inquiries via email and phone • Assisting with questions about our products, subscriptions, or promotions • Providing guidance for navigating our website • Maintaining and updating customer records and performing other administrative tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interpersonal sensitivity — you approach every customer interaction with patience, clarity, and friendliness • Excellent written and verbal German, and good English skills for internal company communication • Articulate and enjoy direct interaction with customers • Independent and organized work style • Comfortable with the internet and interested in digital products • Enthusiasm for our mission to advance digital learning • Experience in customer service (on-site or online) is a plus
