• Drive adoption of advanced oncology software solutions within an assigned territory. • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets. • Build and strengthen relationships with oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, IT leaders, and hospital executives. • Understand clinical workflows, challenges, and strategic priorities. • Serve as a trusted advisor, clearly explaining complex software capabilities, workflow efficiencies, and clinical benefits. • Conduct demos, presentations, and value-based solution discussions. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor technologies, and evolving clinical practices in radiation oncology. • Work closely with professional services, implementation teams, R&D, and customer support to ensure strong adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Proven experience in medical device, laboratory equipment, or healthcare software sales; Oncology background strongly preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of radiation therapy workflows, medical imaging, and healthcare IT systems. • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field preferred. • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
