📋 Description

• Assist with operational needs of the external sales team; • Update, manage, and interpret spreadsheets; • Promote, monitor, and manage commercial campaigns; • Provide support for sales systems and tools, such as Sistema Máxima and Winthor; • Generate sales reports and analyses; • Organize sales materials and presentations; • Provide support and assistance to the team via digital channels; • Support the monitoring of commercial KPIs; • Ensure organization and efficiency in departmental processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Comfortable using technology and business systems; • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; • Good written and verbal communication skills; • Collaborative mindset and a strong sense of priorities; • Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or internal customer service is a plus.
