📋 Description

• Despliegue de proyectos de software en el ámbito de telecomunicaciones. • Brindar soporte técnico por correo electrónico y teléfono. • Ofrecer un servicio profesional, resolviendo incidencias técnicas en los plazos establecidos. • Gestión y resolución de incidencias de nivel 1 y 2. • Participación activa en proyectos internacionales. • Planificación, documentación y seguimiento de proyectos.

🎯 Requirements

• Grado en Informática, Sistemas y Redes, o Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones. • Conocimientos en telefonía, VoIP, centralitas virtuales y protocolo SIP. • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico y atención al cliente. • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos. • Conocimientos en redes de comunicaciones: protocolos TCP/UDP, análisis de tráfico (WireShark), configuración de switches, routers, VPNs y firewalls. • Administración de BBDD Microsoft SQL Server. • Administración de servidores web IIS y Node.js (deseable Apache). • Conocimiento sólido de la pila tecnológica web (HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, headers, certificados SSL). • Conocimientos en sistemas, virtualización y entornos cloud. • Habilidades en arquitectura y administración de redes.
