📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using WebdriverIO and Appium as primary testing tools • Execute end-to-end, functional, and regression testing across iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring high test coverage • Identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately, collaborating closely with developers for efficient resolution • Work with developers, product owners, and designers to define test strategies and ensure full coverage of business and technical requirements • Participate in sprint planning activities, provide QA estimates, and ensure test cases align with acceptance criteria • Contribute to integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and support test execution within automated workflows • Assist in triaging, reproducing, and documenting reported issues with clear, actionable details • Advocate and apply QA best practices within Agile development teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of QA Automation experience • At least 3+ years of hands-on automation experience using Appium and/or WebdriverIO • Proven experience with Playwright for web automation • Proven experience with MongoDB • Proven experience automating mobile (iOS/Android) and/or web test suites at scale • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management • Proficient in writing and maintaining automation scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript (or a similar programming language) • Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira) and version control systems (e.g., GitLab) • Familiarity with continuous integration tools—especially GitLab CI—and integrating automated test suites into CI pipelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail • Effective verbal and written communication skills
