📋 Description

• Perform accurate and timely billing data entry to support key partnerships. • Assist with data mapping to ensure proper coding and alignment with billing systems. • Support the onboarding and training of billing support staff, providing necessary documentation and guidance. • Maintain and update the LIS database of licenses and credentialing for pathologist users. • Serve as a liaison between the pathologist and operations teams to streamline workflow efficiencies. • Troubleshoot and resolve billing-related issues in coordination with LIS administrators. • Monitor and maintain LIS billing and auto assignment workflows, identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies. • Support various projects and assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and operational skills with a strong attention to detail. • Experience in billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare administration. • Proficiency in data entry and database management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams. • Preferred: Experience working with LIS systems, healthcare billing platforms, or medical coding. • Knowledge of credentialing and licensing processes in a healthcare setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
