• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. • The Renewals Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets by reaching renewal goals. • Managing the full pipeline of renewals business in a prescribed territory and exceeding targets. • This Renewals role is based in Malaysia.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in renewal account management or sales roles. • Experience covering Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia regions. • Strong understanding of the enterprise renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision making processes. • Ability to be seen as a trusted advisor to senior executives in large organizations. • Exceptional retention risk discovery skills, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. • Solid technical acumen, able to explain the benefits of different technologies. • Experience in selling through and with channel partners. • Ability to manage complex customer accounts and large contract values.
