Description

• Conduction of design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations, etc. • Design of new features and take concepts through to production • Create user journeys and product flows • Define users’ needs, motivation and pain points • Focus on UX using A/B tests and live results • Collaboration with the product, engineering, and marketing teams

Requirements

• UX/UI designer with 4-5 years of experience • Experience in designing a complex system/platform • Positive attitude and great social skills • Great knowledge in design and prototyping software (Figma preferred) • Visual design skills and expertise in creating flows, page layouts/templates, functional design, iconography, and style guides • Understanding web technologies (no codding required) • Fluent written and spoken English
