📋 Description

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and messaging • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM system • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our service offerings • Support the sales team in pipeline development and strategic account planning • Support Spaulding Ridge Managing Director(s) and/or Principal Architect(s) to drive and manage complex sales cycles and efficiently present value to prospects, software partners and clients • Generate pipeline by leveraging Spaulding Ridge’s strategic relationships, demand generation tools, and ongoing marketing automation within key market segments

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDM, BDR, SDR, or similar sales role cold calling, pitching, relationship building • Strong communication skills (e.g., oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Interest in data analytics, cloud technologies, and digital transformation • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism • Experience working based off a transactional quota and high intensity sales motions • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn about emerging technologies in data, AI, and cloud, and how they can solve real-world business problems • High moral character with a desire to do what is right for prospects and clients • Ability to travel up to 50% and 2-3 days/week in office at our Chicago HQ
