Description
• Join Salesforce Delivery team • Drive customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points • Design and implement best-in-class solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ • Serve as primary design owner and trusted SME for all CPQ related deliverables • Lead workshops and perform analysis of complex business information • Lead a team of Consultants and Analysts to build CPQ solutions • Manage project budget, delivery schedules, and overall solution quality • Advise clients on industry, Salesforce, and CPQ best practices • Support pre-sales and continuous process improvement initiatives • Assist in the evolution and refinement of delivery methodologies and best practices
Requirements
• Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Salesforce CPQ, and Sales Cloud certified • 5+ years of experience as Project Lead, Solution Architect, or Lead Business Analyst • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds • 3+ years in Salesforce Quote to Cash/Salesforce CPQ • 3+ years of experience in user acceptance test planning and execution • Ability to manage projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a rapidly changing environment • Demonstrated industry or domain expertise • Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
