• Work with product managers to understand requirements and implement new features • Provide technical integration support to potential partners • Coordinate and collaborate with the offshore development team on product implementation • Monitor, troubleshoot and fix product issues • Skill set:2-5 years as a software developerExcellent written and oral communication skills are required since the engineer has to communicate with the customers, product managers and the engineering team. • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressureNatural tendency to be curious, positive and creativeTeam player who collaborates well with othersSincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experienceSelf motivated and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements
