• Essential member of the legal and corporate compliance team • Responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various agreements on behalf of Spring Health • Assist with various contracting functions and partner with the legal team daily
• Bar membership in good standing in any US state • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably advising fast-paced health tech or healthcare entities • Experience drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts • Ability to expeditiously identify and assess issues, evaluate risk and provide legally sound recommendations • Exceptionally strong business acumen with ability to work on multiple projects • Strong sense of ownership and accountability over assigned projects and tasks • High level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow • Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills • Outstanding written and oral communications skills • Ability to work with a wide variety of people, in a hypergrowth environment • Maintain strict confidentiality of personnel data, proprietary information, and sensitive materials
