📋 Description

• Partner strategically with sales leaders, global peers, and the Director of Field Marketing • Develop and implement regional marketing plans • Represent regional insights to influence broader marketing strategies • Use analytics to guide strategy across inside sales, direct sales, and partner teams • Oversee the end-to-end lead process

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) • Proven experience in executing impactful in-person and virtual events that drive engagement and revenue • Depth of understanding of the regional nuances in the West • Skilled in building and executing geo-specific marketing plans • Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce, Power BI, 6sense, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
