Description

• Squint is a digital operator platform transforming industries with AI and AR. • Seeking a Sales Operations Leader to optimize GTM funnel and drive revenue growth. • Responsible for operationalizing customer journey and ensuring successful opportunity management. • Partner with Head of Sales to align resources and meet targets. • Create standardized procedures for deal tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) administration and functionality • Experience with sales enablement strategies and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
