📋 Description

• Assist the District Youth Manager to meet the requirements of the Youth Business Plan • Support Divisions to develop and deliver high quality programmes in line with the national curriculum, ensuring the level of service delivered to youth and the community is consistent and of the highest quality • Promote the youth programme to increase youth and adult membership • Support and manage Divisional recruitment through events and completion of recruitment processes • Provide on-going support and mentoring to your Divisions • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure divisions are operating within their guidelines and St John policy • Organise and actively participate in District/Regional youth events and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a leadership/management role developing others • A real team player with a keen interest in working with young people • An aptitude for working with a diverse demographic group e.g. age, culture, background • Prioritise your time/work load in order to meet deadlines • A proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships • Customer focussed with exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Have a natural talent for thinking and working outside the square • Contribute a minimum of two hours per week to the role
