📋 Description

• Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance • Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems • Define the vision, framework, and roadmap for the capability and offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and business needs • Create methodologies, toolkits, and accelerators • Lead or contribute to white papers, case studies, and knowledge assets • Identify skill gaps, train and mentor consultants on its capability • Develop learning pathways and knowledge-sharing practices • Monitor proposals and project deliverables for consistency and excellence • Provide subject matter expertise on client engagements • Work with Market Leads to embed the capability into packaged solutions • Support cross-capability collaboration for complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field • A Master's degree is preferred • Minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably in the HR Consulting industry, in change management, with a focus on HR Operating Models and HR & Payroll Technologies (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) • Fluent in English, written and spoken – any additional language knowledge is a plus • Proven experience in leading large-scale HR Transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams • Advising c-level and/or very senior HR Directors on their HR transformation journeys • Analytical mindset and Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or any HR consulting industry-standard certification is a plus • Suitable candidates should have experience in HR Strategy Consulting (e.g. operating model design, change management, transformation) and/or a broad understanding of HR Technology, HRIS, change management and transformation related to HRIS implementations (ideally Workday or SuccessFactors)
