• Promote and support a quality academic experience for learners • Ensure engaging courseroom environment that facilitates achievement of program outcomes • Oversee curricula quality and rigor • Manage systems and processes related to curriculum creation and delivery • Act as liaison to departments for accreditation and institutional effectiveness • Spearhead development and revision of academic offerings • Utilize analytics and evidence-based practices for continuous quality improvement • Ensure compliance with regulatory and national program accreditation standards • Supervise Core faculty and conduct performance reviews • Address learner programmatic issues
• Doctorate in a related discipline (PhD, EdD, or DNP) required • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required • Unencumbered RN license(s) • Must be willing to obtain a MN RN license and other licenses based on program need • Two years teaching in an online higher education setting required • Experience in developing, implementing, or leading a BSN (Pre-Licensure) Program required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs preferred • Ability to travel as required/needed • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Strong mental acuity • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
