• Content creation: You develop, shoot, and edit high-quality social content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. • Trend scouting: You accurately identify topics, memes, and formats that are currently performing — and execute them for us with creativity and speed. • Community management: You are our voice in comments and DMs, interacting with the community in a quick-witted and charming manner. • Reach growth: You rapidly and consistently grow our social media reach and drive high-quality traffic to our free educational videos. • Performance & reporting: You track KPIs, analyze content performance, and derive optimizations. • Coaching & development: You lead a team of interns and working students and help them become social media rock stars.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for social media, trends, creator culture, and new formats • Proven track record and hands-on experience in content production (concept, camera, editing, copy, audio, thumbnail, upload, etc.) • Strong editorial and creative skills with a feel for storytelling and viral mechanics • Confident with tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar • Ability to coach and develop junior team members • Independent, structured working style and high execution speed • Native-level German
