β’ Define the scope of opportunities, competitive landscape, key targets, and growth segments. β’ Maintain sales pipeline using CRM, meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. β’ Price and margin management for assigned territory; consistently review and manage through a team-based approach assuring pricing and terms are being met. β’ Advocate for the customers in all technical and commercial matters. β’ Coordinate across teams from R&D, supply chain, and customer service. β’ Collaborate with marketing to assist with product literature and promotional activities. β’ Act as Product Manager for the territory to support the team in building a robust logistics front office and supply chain to ensure a silent, efficient service experience for customers.
β’ A Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required. β’ 3-5 years of field sales experience in Digital Inkjet product lines preferred. β’ Proven ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and influence is essential. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary. β’ Self-motivation and strong business ethics are expected. β’ SAP knowledge is a plus.
