📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation • Design and document new or improved business processes that are efficient, effective, and compliant • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP implementations and upgrades • Configure and customize SAP modules within S/4HANA to support specific business processes • Develop and maintain SAP solutions, including ABAP coding, BODS, and BTP integration • Support end-users with SAP-related issues, providing training and guidance • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs • Monitor and analyze process performance to identify areas for further optimization • Stay current with new SAP technologies and best practices • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP specialists • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, etc.), and business processes • Strong proficiency in specific SAP modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.) • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA systems • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within SAP S/4HANA • Thorough understanding of relevant business processes and industry best practices • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency • Strong conflict resolution abilities • Experience creating training materials and conducting training sessions
