β’ Handles taking a new provider application from receipt to inclusion on directory along with ongoing updates β’ Accurate and timely entry of provider data including provider applications and contract information, status changes, and payee changes β’ Verifying all the credentialing criteria for practitioners that have applied to the network β’ Initial and re-credentialing and follow up with practitioners as needed to obtain information for the credentialing process
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent β’ 1 year job related experience β’ Good communication skills β’ Ability to work without supervision β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills β’ Efficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Work Flow Software, Time Tracking Systems) β’ Ability to learn new software programs quickly β’ Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks β’ Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions β’ Good customer service and problem resolution skills β’ Ability to navigate websites needed for credentialing purposes β’ Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment β’ Ability to work in excess of 40 hours in a week β’ Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary β’ Previous experience working with files or the collection and coordination of data preferred β’ Knowledge of Dental terminology preferred
