• The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for processing and analyzing data to help the organization make informed business decisions. • Collects, organizes, and processes sets of data from various sources • Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Prepares and presents reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights and recommendations • Collaborates with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness • Maintains data integrity and security • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times • Adheres to company policies and procedures • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s • Performs other duties as assigned


• Must have high school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing, data analysis or related fields, preferably in a call center environment • Minimum of 2 years experience investigating Loss Prevention situations in an e-commerce setting • Proficient in using computers and various software applications • Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, etc. • Must be familiar with Stripe for online payments • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
