Description

• Develop, document, and execute test cases for new and existing software features. • Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality. • Automate test cases to improve testing efficiency and coverage. • Trace and analyze failures to identify root causes and work with developers to resolve issues. • Utilize Gherkin syntax for behavior-driven development (BDD) and create feature files. • Conduct API testing to ensure robust and reliable integrations. • Manage and track defects using defect management tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. • Use TestRail for test case management and Mabl for automated testing (preferred).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role. • Proficiency in basic programming and scripting languages. • Strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies. • Experience with manual testing and writing detailed test cases. • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks. • Knowledge of Gherkin syntax and experience with BDD. • Experience with API testing and related tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
