• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our products or services. • Develop new and retain the existing customer relationships. • Drive awareness and improve the utilization of the services within your customer set. • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands, acting as a point of contact, and collaborating cross-functionally. • Become an expert on our products and services, stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements. • Contribute to providing feedback for product advancement.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required • Prior customer service experience preferred
