Requirements

• Must have • Proficient in Python, with solid understanding and practical experience beyond basic familiarity. • Experience in working with data models, building specific machine learning models using DBT, and orchestrating workflows with Dagster or Argo Workflows for example. • Negotiable skills • Preferred ML experience: Proven success in designing and optimizing ML services, with a strong emphasis on diagnosing and preventing performance issues. • Wanted skills • Curiosity and Innovation: The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong curiosity and willingness to explore uncharted territory. They should be open to experimenting with novel approaches, even if it means stepping outside their comfort zone. • Data-driven analytical mindset with attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of ML development and problem-solving. • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, enabling effective communication, team collaboration, and the ability to positively influence team dynamics. • Proven capability in project execution, from clear definition through tactical implementation, with adaptability to lead projects to successful outcomes. • Strategic contribution to company growth, including participation in hiring and executing internal strategies to achieve company goals.
