• - Ensure all upholstered products meet internal quality standards before dispatch • - Log all QC inspections on the designated platform • - Conduct spot check QC visits at UK and EU manufacturers • - Report all manufacturing defects to manufacturers • - Submit and follow up on claims for manufacturing defects • - Maintain all required compliance documentation
