📋 Description

• Symmetrio is seeking a Software Sales Executive for its client, a multinational medical device company. • Looking for a results-driven sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise software sales. • Ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing high-value deals and fostering long-term relationships. • This position covers the Southeastern U.S., offering a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) package of $230K–$240K. • Anticipated travel commitment of approximately 40%.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of software sales experience, with at least 5 years selling enterprise solutions to healthcare providers, hospital systems, or oncology centers. • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles with high-value contracts. • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory environments, and the challenges faced by clinical and administrative leaders. • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. • Familiarity with software solutions related to medical imaging, oncology treatment planning, or clinical data management is highly preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
