• Sr Technical Sourcer at Synapse InternationalThe Sr Technical Sourcer at Synapse International job opening consists of developing candidate leads for our recruiters using LinkedIn Recruiter, adds, emails, social outreach, and any other means necessary to get candidates interested in our many jobs that we are currently hiring for. • You will be interacting with our Account Managers and Recruiters to figure out exactly what types of candidates we are looking for, and you will initiate your search. • You will send messages, and interact with prospective candidates until they are interested in speaking with one of our recruiters. • Once you get their interest, you will "pass" the candidate on to a Sr Recruiter on the team that will take care of the rest of the relationship. • Ideally, your work will directly lead to 100+ candidate calls per week for our Sr Recruiters.

Requirements

• Expert in boolean search queries in LinkedIn, GitHub, Google, Stack Overflow, Angel List etc.. • Been involved in recruiting for high-growth tech companies or agencies for several years • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever) • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, converting potential prospects into leads for our recruiting team • Growth potential • Apply for this job opening
