Description

• Lead and execute Syndicate's financial and investment strategy • Work leadership to set and track company goals • Oversee all aspects of accounting, tax, and financial reporting • Manage Syndicate's treasury, including both fiat and crypto assets • Lead financial and legal aspects of token design • Assist with fundraising efforts, manage investor communications • Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management processes • Manage external legal counsel and drive all internal legal work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (major less important than experience). • 6+ years of progressive finance experience. • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. • Strong background in tech startups, with required experience in crypto/web3 companies. • Experience with both traditional finance tools and crypto-native platforms. • Deep understanding of web3 financial mechanisms, token economics, and on-chain analytics. • Strong remote communication skills, able to translate complex financial and legal concepts across the organization. • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
