📋 Description

• Strategic communications and campaign development: design, execution and continuous optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel — from awareness through lead nurturing to conversion • Targeted political stakeholder outreach: develop tailored communications for actors in politics, public administration, associations and companies within the licensing business • Content communications: editing, distribution and performance analysis of newsletters, press releases and audience-specific formats for customer retention and lead nurturing • Advisory & cross‑functional collaboration: sparring partner for sales and editorial teams — translating strategic objectives into effective communications and marketing measures • Monitoring & reporting: analysis of relevant marketing and communications KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action • Trend and topic radar: monitoring current developments in political communication, media and marketing — implementing innovative impulses

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the context of politics, media or associations • Experience in PR consultancy, advertising or political communication is an advantage • Strong understanding of political processes and stakeholder communication • Experience in strategic storytelling and in audience‑targeted communication with political decision‑makers • Confident use of LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and email marketing tools • Organizational skills, creativity and strong analytical ability • Strong communication skills, team orientation and a good sense for impact and tone • Appetite for innovation and an interest in the intersection of media, politics and business
