• Strategic campaign development: design, implementation and continuous optimization of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel — from awareness and lead nurturing to conversion • Targeted messaging: develop tailored communications for different audience segments within the licensing business • Active management and strategic expansion of our LinkedIn sales activities (including Sales Navigator): work closely with the sales team to maximize commercial impact • Planning, organization and follow-up of trade shows, conferences and industry events with clear sales objectives in mind • Creation, distribution and performance tracking of audience-specific newsletters: for customer retention and lead nurturing • Daily sparring partner for the sales team: translate sales objectives into marketing measures, jointly plan campaigns and produce sales-support materials • Monitoring, reporting and deriving actionable recommendations: based on key marketing and sales KPIs • Monitoring relevant marketing trends and deriving and implementing innovative measures: to further develop our sales marketing strategy
• Degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with close collaboration with sales in media, tech or licensing environments • Strong LinkedIn expertise — you understand algorithms, content formats and how to turn attention into leads • Experience in trade show and event marketing with a focus on brand presence and lead pipeline • Practical experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Agnitas) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Creativity, organizational talent and a good sense for audiences along the customer journey • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a clear focus on impact and performance • Sense for trends and enthusiasm for innovation: you monitor relevant developments in (sales) marketing, test new approaches and translate them into concrete impulses for our practice
