📋 Description

• Strategic communications and campaign development: designing, executing and continuously optimizing B2B marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel — from awareness through lead nurturing to conversion • Political audience targeting: developing tailored communication measures for stakeholders from politics, public administration, associations and companies in the licensing business • Content-focused communications: drafting, distributing and analyzing the performance of newsletters, press releases and audience-specific formats to retain customers and nurture leads • Advisory & cross-functional collaboration: acting as a sparring partner for sales and editorial teams — translating strategic objectives into effective communications and marketing initiatives • Monitoring & reporting: analyzing relevant marketing and communications KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations for action • Trend and topic radar: monitoring current developments in political communication, media and marketing — and implementing innovative impulses

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fields of politics, media or associations • Strong understanding of political processes and stakeholder communication • Experience in strategic storytelling and in addressing political decision-makers in a target-group-oriented way • Confident use of LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and email marketing tools • Organizational skills, creativity and analytical strength • Excellent communication skills, team orientation and a good sense for impact and tone • Enthusiasm for innovation and interest in the intersection of media, politics and business
