📋 Description

• Manage service and/or material contracts within the assigned portfolio; • Initiate purchase and service/material procurement requests, opening processes with the requesting department and procurement/supplies management; • Monitor contract requests, balances, complaints and contract terms across the company; • Weekly follow-up of the service/material contracting validation process in the Purchasing Committee, supporting approvals; • Create purchase orders for supplier bidding processes based on technical specifications provided by the requesting department; • Creation of requisitions/purchase orders; • Track requests with requesting departments and issue electronic invoices (NFe) via the electronic portal; • Monitor/verify supplier payments; • Record expense provisions; • Manage budgets to ensure materials and/or services are contracted in accordance with the company’s budget; • Support preparation of the Annual Budget and any subsequent revisions; • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance under your management; • Assist requesting departments with technical specifications for contracting services/materials to find the best and most appropriate suppliers that meet company requirements and policies; • Serve as a point of contact for requesting departments and suppliers; • Respond to internal and external audits/inspections; • Prepare management reports; • Establish partnerships that provide discounts and benefits; • Promote and maintain updates to the partner panel; • Participate in budgeting meetings and follow the contracting process of the technical area together with Procurement and Finance; • Perform other duties related to the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; • Desirable knowledge of budgetary policy and human resources administration; • Desirable knowledge of Purchasing & Procurement procedures; • Desirable experience with ERP systems (SAP considered a plus). • Behavioral skills: • Conflict management; • Willingness to follow rules and procedures; • Negotiation; • Results-oriented; • Leadership; • Analytical profile; • Communication; • Interpersonal relationship skills.
