Description

• Provide technical support for individuals, teams, and companies using Tailscale • Become an expert in the Tailscale product • Handle support requests regarding product issues • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to deploy the Tailscale product successfully • Collaborate with Engineering team to debug and fix customer issues

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in technical support roles • 1+ years experience with networking including knowledge of subnetting and routing. CCNA or equivalent is a plus. Experience with Tailscale is even better. • Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team • Excellent written communication skills for email and forum-based conversations • Strong desire to work with customers and partners in solving problems
