• Structure transformation initiatives: organizational redesign, information systems, digitalization, change management, ecological transition... • Strategic studies: anticipating the impacts of the liberalization of the rail market • IT system interoperability: integrating European standards into information systems • Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure operational excellence • Identify growth opportunities and actively contribute to business development (tender/RFP responses...)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a consulting firm or in the mobility sector • Strong expertise in organizational transformation, change management, and information systems • Proven leadership, client-oriented approach, ability to generate value in the field
