âą Design technical solutions that meet business requirements âą Configure and develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with backlog user stories âą Write technical documentation according to team standards âą Perform integration testing for user stories âą Handle ServiceNow incidents escalated by functional administrators (Level 2 support) âą Prepare and manage the various stages of production deployment
âą Minimum 5 years' experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments âą Proficient with the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change) âą Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM, and CSM modules âą Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow âą Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies âą Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow modules at an advanced level âą Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
