📋 Description
• Follow up with approximately 40 new CRM leads each week • Build rapport with prospective agents and learn about their goals and interests • Encourage prospects to schedule intro calls about joining the brokerage • Keep detailed notes and activity logs in the CRM • Stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up across calls, texts, and email • Maintain awareness of real estate industry trends and what agents care about • Meet weekly goals for conversations and appointments set • Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and lead-nurture strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in sales, recruiting, customer engagement, or lead nurturing • Excellent communication skills: friendly, clear, and engaging • Comfortable speaking with many new people and building relationships • Knowledge of Zoho CRM - a plus • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Basic familiarity with the real estate industry is helpful • Ability to work regular Mountain Time business hours • Self-motivated, consistent, and results-driven
