📋 Description

• Create and execute test plans including: integration testing, regression testing, stress testing, and acceptance/qualification testing in a factory/production environment • Validate features related to: integration with PLCs and production-line devices, APIs, logs and auditing, alarms and monitoring, traceability, dashboards, and operator interfaces • Test software integration with Cartesian robots, sensors, and mechanical modules • Document evidence and support adjustments identified in the actual production environment • Log test scenarios, evidence, and test results • Identify defects, record inconsistencies, and follow up on fixes with the team • Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment on bugs, risks, and pending validations • Actively collaborate with: backend and frontend developers, automation engineers, AI specialists, software architect, Product Owner, and Scrum Master • Support root cause analysis and perform necessary retesting after fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in a technology-related field • Reside within up to a 4-hour travel distance of Jundiaí (São Paulo, Brazil) • Previous experience in software testing, with strong validation techniques • Hands-on experience testing APIs, integrations, and distributed systems • Ability to execute structured tests following formal methodologies • Familiarity with version control using Git • Experience with Agile methodologies as applied in the project • Attention to detail and ability to independently identify critical scenarios • Experience testing industrial systems or software–hardware integrated systems (preferred) • Experience with validation in a factory or automation environment (preferred) • Familiarity with logs, alarms, and traceability systems (preferred) • Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, or mechatronic devices for event interpretation (preferred) • Experience in R&D projects with experimental testing (preferred)
