📋 Description

• Collaborate with the product team focused on Machine Learning and Computer Vision applied to industrial automation and autonomous inspection of production lines • Work with Interpretable AI, Neural Architecture Search (NAS), and Reinforcement Learning paradigms, applying them to industrial vision systems and intelligent inspection pipelines • Develop self-learning models capable of reducing the need for manual retraining and adapting to the visual variations typical of production environments — such as changes in lighting, part positioning, and surface reflections

🎯 Requirements

• Reside within up to a 4-hour travel distance from Jundiaí, São Paulo (SP) • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in developing, training, and validating AI models • Advanced experience in computer vision applied to embedded systems or automation • Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, OpenCV, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, RLlib) • Knowledge of MLOps (Docker, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD) • Familiarity with computer vision frameworks (YOLOv8, ViT, Segment Anything) • Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark, Scala, sbt)
