📋 Description

• Lead backend development in .NET, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and project requirements; • Design, implement, and evolve backend systems, asynchronous messaging, and APIs across multiple services responsible for communicating with production line manager, PLCs, and Cartesian robots; • Develop and validate core scope features such as control and recording, logging and auditing (quality and compliance), alarms and signaling, and traceability; • Act as a guardian of architectural and development standards, ensuring consistent use of best practices, design patterns, and guidelines defined by Architecture, and guiding and supporting other developers in complying with these standards; • Support and mentor Mid-level and Junior developers in feature development; • Perform failure analyses, fixes, and improvements identified during lab tests and tests in real environments; • Actively contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions; • Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring technical alignment with the PO, Scrum Master, automation, and AI specialists;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; • Strong experience in backend development with .NET, with mastery of architectural patterns; • Knowledge of SQL database modeling and optimization; • Proficiency with Docker, including image creation, container configuration, and using containerized environments for standardization and application isolation; • Proven experience in API development and integration; • Ability to model complex services considering traceability, logging, events, and auditing according to project needs; • Experience with Git versioning, following the project's development workflow; • Advanced analytical skills and technical problem-solving ability; • Experience with the agile methodologies used in the project; • Reside within a maximum of 4 hours' travel from Jundiaí
