• Provide advanced technical support for product deployments, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with implementation • Work closely with customers to ensure smooth preparation and execution of product rollouts • Assist with new integrations, including SCADA systems, Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), and other behind-the-meter applications • Collaborate with Product Development teams to support final development, proof-of-concept testing, and field trials • Participate in high-profile pilot deployments to refine and enhance product performance • Provide technical guidance on best practices for product implementation • Document support cases, solutions, and recommendations to continuously improve the product and customer experience • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to enhance product success and scalability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years of networking experience and security best practices for large corporate networks • 3+ years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or customer-facing roles within the technology or energy sector • Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, utility applications, and grid automation technologies is a plus • Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL databases • Knowledge of Industry data acquisition protocols such as DNP, Modbus, IEEE 2030.5 and IEC61850 is a plus • Experience with customer deployments, troubleshooting, and project ramp-up activities • Familiarity with proof-of-concept testing and field trial execution.
