📋 Description
• Deliver the Indigenous Banking Strategy • Support leadership in credit risk, business analysis, reporting • Develop relationships with internal and external partners • Coach Business Banking partners for better understanding of Indigenous Peoples • Participate in strategic initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Credit • Lending limits and involvement in the lending process • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Subject Matter Expert in industry and community involvement • Strong business knowledge to collaborate across the enterprise • Strong communication, negotiation and partnering skills • High degree of organizational awareness • Ability to manage relationships with business partners and stakeholders • Strong attention to detail
