• Develop and implement financial plans • Manage the budget • Oversee financial reporting • Work with the other members of the management team to ensure that the company is operating in a financially sound manner • Provide financial analysis and advice to the management team • Oversee the preparation of financial statements • Manage the company's cash flow • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration • CPA or other professional accounting designation • 5+ years of experience in financial management • Mortgage Industry experience strongly preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
