📋 Description

TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. • We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to be a true partner to our senior business leaders. You'll go beyond descriptive analytics - you'll drive data activation through actionable insights while creating reports and visualizations for a broad set of business use cases. • At TeamSnap, we believe in data as a strategic asset. 🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in a data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics role • Expert-level SQL knowledge: experience with advanced querying and data transformation • Experience with DBT or similar transformation tools • Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Mode, Omni, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or python-based visualization) • Experience with BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses (we are a GCP shop) • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices • Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies • Self-starter mentality with the ability to explore and understand complex data systems independently • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate organizational dynamics effectively • Experience wrangling imperfect data sets • The ability to distill raw data and quantitative analysis into business information and insight • Proactive approach to providing insight that results from intellectual curiosity and an understanding of our customers, products, and strategic objectives • Proven track record of collaborating with, and mentoring peer analysts and data scientists.
