📋 Description

• Plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. • Own a portfolio of field marketing events and programs from concept through execution, including budgeting, attendee recruitment, logistics, and post-event follow-up. • Support executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, trade shows, hospitality experiences, webinars, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives. • Partner closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and maximize business impact. • Collaborate with channel, alliance, digital marketing, marketing operations, and SDR teams to deliver successful programs. • Track program performance and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or marketing operations. • Experience executing customer events, executive engagement programs, webinars, trade shows, or partner marketing initiatives. • Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement programs, and targeted 1:1 or 1: Few marketing initiatives. • Experience partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion. • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout North America. • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support customer-facing events and programs.
